01Who we are
Yashasvi Tech ("we", "us") builds custom software, apps, and cloud systems, and the Dji Setu business platform. We are based at A-112, Star Empire & Elegance, Nr. Dehgam Circle, SP Ring Road, Hanspura, New Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382330, India.
This policy explains what personal data this website (yashasvitech.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only; the software we build for clients, including Dji Setu, is covered by the agreement with each client.
02What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- The Contact form: your name and email address, and if you add them, your company, phone number, what you need, the product you are interested in, and your message.
- A job application on the Careers page: your name, email address, the role you are applying for, a link you share (such as a portfolio, LinkedIn, or CV), and your message.
- Emails and calls: anything you send when you write to us or book a call.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser, and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.
03How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a plan or quote, and follow up on it.
- To consider your job application and contact you about it.
- To keep the website working and protect it from misuse and spam.
We use your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form, and for these purposes only. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing lists without asking you first.
04Where it goes
- Contact form messages are sent as an email to our inbox (info@yashasvitech.com) and are not stored on the website.
- Job applications are stored in our website database, which only our team can sign in to.
- Service providers who help us run the site and our email (our hosting, database, and email providers) process data on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality commitments. Some of them may store data on servers outside India.
- Booking a call: the "Schedule a consultation" buttons open Google Calendar’s booking page. What you enter there is handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
We may also share data if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid request from a court or government authority.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are talking with you and for up to two years after, so we can pick up where we left off. We keep job applications for up to one year, in case another suitable role opens. If you become a client, we keep what the contract and the law require. After that we delete it.
07Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us:
- what personal data we hold about you, and who we have shared it with;
- to correct, complete, or update it;
- to delete it, or to stop using it by withdrawing your consent;
- to nominate someone to act for you.
Write to info@yashasvitech.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
08How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), our database and inboxes are protected by passwords and two-step sign-in, and only the people who need your data to do their work can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
09Children
This website is for businesses and job seekers, and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
10Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly on the site.
